The Parties seek a collaborative resolution of any disputes that may arise on this Project. As such, any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this contract, or the breach thereof, shall initially be submitted to a Project Neutral® trained and administered by Project Neutral, Inc. under its Construction Industry Project Neutral Rules, such engagement being strictly confidential and fully subject to the mediation privilege under federal, state, and local law. However any settlement or agreed upon binding award rendered by the Project Neutral may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.
